DIY HOG ROASTING COULD NEVER BE EASIER WITH OUR STATE-OF-THE-ART ROASTING MACHINE!
All that is needed for you to do this yourself is lay the pig (or the Lamb or your selection of meats) into the easy to use roasting tray, close the lids and ensure they are tight, switch the gas onto a low heat and let the hog/lamb cook slowly. While this is being done you can enjoy the other preparations for your event.
After 6 hours of cooking (for the pig), open the lids and probe the meat to check the temperature and that it is to a degree you’re happy with. Switch the machine off, place onto the serving hooks and carve the juicy meat at your leisure ready for you and your guests to enjoy (which is a guarantee from us)!
